As early as you can for evenings, weekends and bridal dates. For same-day requests, call us — last-minute appointments are arranged by phone, not online.

Yes. The wedding day can be booked on its own ($450), or together with a trial ($595 for both).

They are included with Day & Event and Evening & Gala makeup. For other services they can be added for $15.

Yes, free of charge from your account up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund of the service price. Changes requested less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

In the rare event that Sarah Studio is unable to fulfil your appointment, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered an alternative solution or a full refund.

Tell your artist as soon as you can. She will do her best to accommodate you, but the appointment may need to be shortened if she has another client after you.

By card, online, at the time of booking. The full amount is paid to confirm your appointment, including any applicable travel fees. Sarah Studio never stores your card details.

No. Your summary shows the service price, the travel fee if any, every discount applied and the final total, before you confirm.

Card refunds — full or partial — are issued by Sarah Studio and attached to the booking concerned. You are notified by email at every step.

Not inside Miami. Outside Miami, a flat fee based on driving time applies: $25 up to 30 minutes, $40 up to an hour, $65 up to an hour and a half and $90 up to two hours. It is calculated automatically from your address and shown before you confirm. Beyond two hours, we build a personalised quote.

Yes. The fee is charged once per visit, whatever the number of people. It is reduced when several services are booked at the same address, and Glow Club members enjoy their own travel rates. Every rate is shown in the travel rates table on our Travel page. Tolls and paid parking are charged at cost.

If the trip goes beyond the driving range — or requires a flight, train or overnight stay — online booking is not possible. Send us a travel quote request instead and we build a personalised quote.

Only a client whose appointment is completed, and one review per appointment. We hide abusive or fraudulent reviews, never legitimate criticism.

Yes. Sarah Studio arrives with a full professional kit suited to your service.

Every client earns a complimentary makeup after 10 completed appointments: the service she has booked the most, offered whatever its value. Eligible services are Natural, Soft Evening, Day & Event, Evening & Gala and First Glow. The counter then restarts.

Cancelled, no-show or fully refunded appointments, the free makeup itself, bridal services, lessons, training and quoted professional work.

Give $25, get $25: your friend gets $25 off her first appointment (minimum $120), and you receive a $25 credit once her appointment has been completed. Each credit is valid for 6 months, one credit can be used per appointment, and it can be combined with Glow Club and other offers. Credits cannot be used on bridal services or professional training.

Yes: the Glow Club, at $39 a month with no commitment. It gives 10% off the four signature makeup services, complimentary local travel with reduced rates for longer journeys, and priority access to available appointments. The membership is personal, cannot be combined with another discount except a referral credit, and excludes bridal services, lessons, training and quoted professional work.
