- Payment status and history. Card details are never stored by us.
- Photographs attached to a claim, restricted to the staff handling that claim.
- Marketing consent, only if you opt in.
Why we use it
To operate your bookings, process payments and refunds, send transactional notifications, run the membership and loyalty programs, handle claims, and — with your explicit consent only — send marketing messages.
Sharing
Your first name, appointment details and address are shared with the Sarah Studio professional performing your appointment. Payment, mapping, email and SMS providers process data strictly to deliver those services.
Your rights
You can access and correct your details from your account, unsubscribe from marketing in one click, and request deletion of your account. Contact us for any request regarding your data.
